★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema com vazamento de gás e eles condenaram a minha geladeira. No final das contas, paguei (caro) só para eles colocarem gás na geladeira, o gás vazou em uma semana. Resolvi comprar outra geladeira, e levei a antiga em outra assistência para vender e para minha surpresa o técnico disse que tinha conserto sim. Ele consertou em 3 dias e me devolveu a geladeira "zerada" esta na casa dos meus pais funcionando perfeitamente. Detalhe: O concerto ficou só R$100,00 mais caro que a reposição de gás que essa assistência cobrou.
O técnico que arrumou a geladeira, não precisou mudar a tubulação para externa e não cobrou caro para o concerto, pois ficou R$100,00 a mais do que vcs cobraram. Você me disse que o ideal era comprar uma geladeira nova, porém o outro técnico arrumou e ficou perfeita!
I had a problem with a gas leak and they condemned my fridge. In the end, I paid (expensive) just for them to put gas in the fridge, the gas leaked out in a week. I decided to buy another refrigerator, and I took the old one in another service to sell and to my surprise the technician said he had a fix. He fixed it in 3 days and returned the "zeroed" refrigerator at my parents' house working perfectly. Detail: The concert was only R$100.00 more expensive than the replacement gas that this assistance charged.
The technician who fixed the refrigerator didn't need to change the piping to an external one and didn't charge too much for the concert, as it was R$100.00 more than you guys charged. You told me that the ideal was to buy a new refrigerator, but the other technician fixed it and it was perfect!
