★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sundae decepcionante!! beira o ridículo. A descrição diz ser 2 bolas de sorvete, mas foram duas MEIAS bolas e 1KG de chantilly. Ao questionarmos, disseram que era pra caber o chantilly no pote. 26 reais jogados no LIXO!
 Disappointing sundae!! border on ridiculous. The description says it's 2 scoops of ice cream, but it was two HALF scoops and 1KG of whipped cream. When we questioned, they said it was to fit the whipped cream in the pot. 26 reais thrown in the TRASH!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. O sorvete até é bom, mas não vale o esforço de enfrentar os atendentes cheios de má vontade. Erraram meu pedido e, quando fui reclamar, tiveram a audácia de dizer que estava certo. Não recomendo!
Terrible attendance. The ice cream is good, but it's not worth the effort to face the ill-willed attendants. They got my order wrong, and when I went to complain, they had the audacity to say I was right. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos ficamos algum tempo aguardando ser atendido uma das atendentes que não estava fazendo nada disse que não poderia nos atender, pois ela não podia manusear o caixa, enquanto a outra atendente fazia um bubblewaffle.
Então com a Luva plástica essa mesma atendente que não podia "mexer" no caixa recebeu uma nota de 20,00 de um cliente abriu o caixa e colocou do dinheiro lá e com essa mesma luva ela manipulou um alimento. Higiene zero e atendimento também!
We spent some time waiting to be served, one of the attendants who wasn't doing anything said she couldn't attend to us, because she couldn't handle the cashier, while the other attendant was making a bubblewaffle.
So with the plastic glove, that same attendant who couldn't "move" the cashier received a 20.00 bill from a customer opened the cashier and put the money there and with that same glove she manipulated a food. Zero hygiene and service too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sorvete é maravilhoso, um dos melhores é o de cheesecake, mas é preciso vir cedo para experimentar. Não pense que por R$ 16,00 vc será bem servido, porque a colherada está cada vez menor, mesmo assim é uma boa opção!
The ice cream is wonderful, one of the best is the cheesecake, but you need to come early to try it. Don't think that for R$16.00 you will be served well, because the spoonful is getting smaller, it's still a good option!
