Fui em Ribeirão Preto e fui no mesmo franqueado e da até gosto de comprar lá!!
 The grade is zero, miserable people, pay if expensive and only the dirty cup of ice cream comes!! I've seen complaints like this here, and there's always some excuse, but in fact you want to skin the consumer!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é pequeno, porém agradável e bem aberto (ponto vantajoso em meio a uma pandemia). Os atendentes são atenciosos e receptivos. Os preços são típicos de uma gelateria (ex: 18 reais um cascão – 2 bolas) e o produto é de ótima qualidade. Totalmente recomendável.
The place is small, but pleasant and wide open (advantageous point in the middle of a pandemic). The attendants are attentive and receptive. Prices are typical of a gelateria (ex: 18 reais a shell - 2 balls) and the product is of excellent quality. Totally recommendable.
