★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima. Pra começar que passaram os dados do meu cartão por WhasApp pra alguém. Tive que cancelar o cartão. Marcaram a instalação e não foram, além de não avisar. Combinei um valor de instalação no dia da compra (que paguei à vista) e no dia da instalação ainda queriam me cobrar mais. Além disso não me falaram que haveria um frete pra compra do produto. Só reparei quando chegou a nota fiscal/fatura do cartão. Péssimo lugar pra comprar seu ar condicionado. NÃO RECOMENDO.
My experience was terrible. For starters, I passed my card data through WhasApp to someone. I had to cancel the card. They marked the installation and did not go, and did not warn. I combined a setup fee on the day of purchase (which I paid in cash) and on the day of installation they still wanted to charge me more. Besides, they didn't tell me that there would be a freight to buy the product. I only noticed when the invoice / card statement arrived. Bad place to buy your air conditioner. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
