Fiz um pedido, e no telefone, me informaram que ele estava saindo naquele momento em que em breve estaria no meu endereço. Recebi o pedido 2h depois de ter feito a ligação. Acho que se tivessem me informado no telefone que a entrega iria demorar ao invés de falar que em breve chegaria eu não teria tido problemas.
