I scheduled 8:00 in the morning for delivery at 3:00 p.m., confirmed at 1:00 p.m. and did not deliver on schedule and did not even call to let me know. Terrible experience.

Lamentável... ainda bem que consegui em outro lugar. Primeira e última vez.
The order was placed this morning and there was simply no delivery. Total neglect!!! I tried to call several times, one number is only busy and the other calls and no one answers.
Regrettable... I'm glad I got it somewhere else. First and last time.

Fiz o pedido de um galão de 20 litros às 9:30 da manhã, me dispus a pagar 20 reais por ele (8 a mais do que a empresa com quem eu sempre peço, mas que estava sem água hoje) e me disseram que entregariam até o almoço. Precisei entrar em contato mais 5 vezes ao longo do dia, cobrando o meu pedido para ouvir às 18:30 que ele não estava anotado. Passei o dia presa em casa esperando a entrega e me disseram que só agora o galão estava saindo. Não recomendo!
Terrible attendance. I placed an order for a 20 liter gallon at 9:30 am, I was willing to pay 20 reais for it (8 more than the company I always ask for, but who was out of water today) and told me they would deliver until lunch. I had to get in touch 5 more times during the day, charging my order to hear at 6:30 pm that it was not noted. I spent the day at home waiting for delivery and I was told that the gal was just leaving. I do not recommend!
