★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estava com meu carro há mais de um ano apresentando problemas no GVN, engasgando muito nas marchas lentas. Levei a vários lugares e ninguém achava o problema. Só aqui na Gêmeos Gás conseguiram descobrir e resolver. Ótimos profissionais e atendimento nota 10. Virei Cliente.
 I had my car for over a year having problems with the GVN, choking a lot in the slow gears. I took it to several places and no one found the problem. Only here at Gêmeos Gás were they able to discover and resolve. Great professionals and top 10 service. I became a Client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço é bom, mas o atendimento é péssimo! Meu pai, um senhor, ligou para tirar dúvidas sobre o consumo do carro que aumentou e o cilindro que baixou a capacidade de armazenamento (de 14m³ para 10m³), olhem os tipos de respostas:
- Sobre capacidade do cilindro: "É o calor" falando em tom estúpido (talvez por achar a pergunta sem noção) Mas para um comerciante que atende público, o que acham disso?
- Sobre aumento do consumo "Para não gastar, basta deixar o carro na garagem" falando em tom irônico
Tem vários lugares com serviços similares e bons, com atendimento de verdade.
Isto já aconteceu antes com meu pai
Espero ajudar alguns a tomar a melhor decisão de onde fazer o mesmo serviço

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma fiorino, fiz a instalação nesse estabelecimento, mas já vou adiantando se precisar de manutenção esquece, passei por uma situação hoje constrangedora...Foi agendado um horário com a moça do escritório, me desloquei 80km da cidade onde moro até a oficina, cheguei no horário combinado, ao relatar o problema q estava oscilando o consumo do carro, hora fazia 8km/m hora fazia 15km/m. Foi feito a regulagem e segui viagem, porém continuo oscilando, remarquei horário e compareci conforme o combinado, falei numa boa q ainda estava oscilando se podiam dar uma olhada se tinha algum vazamento ou alguma peça q não estava funcionando bem, sempre quis dar preferência pra eles devido eu ter instalado com eles o kit gás.... Fui muito mal atendido onde um dos donos disse : não quer gastar deixa o carro em casa, agora vai ficar perturbando toda hora aqui pq carro tá gastando, coloca 700kg no carro e reclama q tá gastando"
Sendo q em momento algum pedi pra fazerem de graça, eu só gostaria que tivessem dado uma atenção e tentado resolver o problema... Por fim, perdi o dia vindo ate aqui, gastei quase 100 reais com pedágio e combustível e vou embora indignado com tamanho descaso, nunca mais recomendo pra ngm esse lugar.

Since at no time I asked them to do it for free, I just wish they had paid attention and tried to solve the problem... Finally, I wasted the day coming here, I spent almost 100 reais on tolls and fuel and I leave indignant with such negligence, I never recommend this place to ngm.

Fui até o local para remapear meu carro, no dia em que fui lá eles não tinham o programa correto e pediram para voltar no dia seguinte (Até ai tudo bem)
Marcaram para estar lá após as 15h, as 15h30 liguei perguntando se poderia ir até o local, a atendente já de uma forma meio grosseira disse para eu ir porém estavam atrasados e eu teria que esperar (Eu disse: Ok, sem problemas eu aguardo)
Cheguei no local parei o carro e estava em pé aguardando a fila, um dos proprietários chegou até o local sem eu falar nada e disse:
HOJE NÃO VOU ATENDER, TO CHEIO DE SERVIÇO ATRASADO< QUER ARRUMAR VAI PARA SP ONDE INSTALOU O GNV!
Isso porque eu não falei nada, eles que me passaram horário para ir até o local, aceitei esperar na fila mesmo com hora marcada, e sem nem reclamar recebi um "Coice" desse!
NÃO PERCAM SEU TEMPO INDO ATÉ LÁ , ELES TE TRATAM IGUAL LIXO! PARECE QUE ELES QUE ESTÃO NOS FAZENDO FAVOR DE RECEBER NOSSO DINHEIRO!

I arrived at the place, I stopped the car and was standing waiting for the line, one of the owners arrived at the place without me saying anything and said:
I WILL NOT ATTEND TODAY, I'M FULL OF LATE SERVICE< WANT TO FIX IT GO TO SP WHERE YOU INSTALLED CNG!
That's because I didn't say anything, they gave me time to go to the place, I accepted to wait in line even with an appointment, and without even complaining I received a "Kick" like that!
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE, THEY TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH! IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE DOING US A FAVOR TO RECEIVE OUR MONEY!
