★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ruim, não fui atendida, liguei pela primeira vez eram 17:10 falei no atendimento digital, me pediram 40 minutos, para um socorro, liguei novamente 17:56 me informaram q não havia nenhum registro de chamada. Fiz nova solicitação, me pediram mais 40 minutos, ok. Daí 40 minutos ligaram pedindo 120 minutos. Enfim desisti pedi o socorro particular.
bad, I was not answered, I called the first time were 17:10 I spoke in digital service, I was asked 40 minutes, for a help, I called again 17:56 informed me that there was no call record. I made a new request, they asked me for another 40 minutes, ok. Then 40 minutes called calling for 120 minutes. Anyway I gave up I asked for private help.
