★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos, atendimento horrível, n respondem, nem dão o diagnóstico do computador, deixei meu computador duas semanas com eles pra arrumar, e quando eu mandava mensagem pra saber qual era o problema eles n respondiam e não me informavam da situação, péssima qualidade.
Terrible, horrible service, they don't respond, they don't even diagnose the computer, I left my computer with them for two weeks to fix it, and when I sent a message to find out what the problem was, they didn't respond and didn't inform me of the situation, poor quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao efetuarem o conserto de um notebook, estragaram a trava de abrir do mesmo. Ao levar para informar que estragaram/montaram errado, informaram que a trava não estava com defeito e era assim mesmo, sendo que possuo outro notebook do mesmo modelo e tenho certeza de que não é e de que não estava assim! Não quiseram nem verificar!
When repairing a notebook, they broke the lock to open it. When I took it to report that they were damaged/mounted wrong, they informed that the lock was not defective and that's how it was, and I have another notebook of the same model and I'm sure it's not and it wasn't like that! They didn't even want to check!
