Há uns anos faço limpeza e flúor lá. Antes era com o Dr Luiz, depois com o Dr Marcos, mas quando mudou para a Dra Ilana, os procedimentos mudaram.
Antes de sequer eu abrir a boca para fazer a limpeza, ela já veio com um monte de parafernália para tirar raio-x completo da minha boca. Achei estranho da primeira vez, mas aceitei.
Da segunda vez, ela tentou novamente tirar uma série de raio-x antes de fazer qualquer tipo de análise ou limpeza na minha boca.
Mas só havia passado 6 meses desde a última consulta e não tinha necessidade nenhuma de fazer outra série de raio-x. Eu não estava me queixando de dor nem nada. Só queria fazer a limpeza com o flúor.
Ela se recusou a me consultar sem fazer a série de raio-x.
It used to be good. Today they do X-ray for nothing and without need. A health hazard is a problem for the plan.
A few years ago I do cleaning and fluoride there. Before it was with Dr. Luiz, then with Dr. Marcos, but when he switched to Dr. Ilana, the procedures changed.
Before I even opened my mouth to do the cleaning, she came up with a bunch of paraphernalia to get a full x-ray out of my mouth. I thought it strange the first time, but I accepted.
The second time, she tried again to get a series of x-rays before doing any kind of analysis or cleaning on my mouth.
But it had only been six months since the last appointment and had no need to do another x-ray series. I was not complaining of pain or anything. I just wanted to do the cleaning with fluoride.
She refused to consult me without doing the x-ray series.
