★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local super interessante mas falta cuidado. Placas antigas e desbotadas e nenhuma estrutura para orientar o visitante. Mas 5 estrelas porque é realmente um local de valor histórico e geológico especial.
Super interesting place but lack care. Old and faded plaques and no structure to guide the visitor. But 5 stars because it is truly a site of special historical and geological value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem a presença de um guia ou de alguém que já tenha visitado, o turista fica às margens da pista contemplando apenas os marcos indicando o geositio. Recomendo se informar com os moradores do local ou no museu da URCA, localizado em Santana do Cariri.
Without the presence of a guide or someone who has already visited, the tourist is on the banks of the lane contemplating only the landmarks indicating the geosite. I recommend to inform with the locals of the place or in the museum of the URCA, located in Santana of the Cariri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse local é destinado a extração de pedra cariri e pesquisas científicas. De todos os geossítios é o menos atrativo para turistas, mas, nós tivemos a sorte de acompanhar um grupo de pesquisadores descobrindo fósseis de peixes, por esse motivo se tornou bem interessante.
This site is intended for Cariri stone extraction and scientific research. Of all the geosites it is the least attractive for tourists, but we were lucky enough to follow a group of researchers discovering fish fossils, so it became quite interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interessante local para conhecer a extração do calcario laminado e observar os trabalhos de paleontólogos. Mas nesse caso, ajuda bastante ir com um guia, ou contar com a sorte de encontrar equipes de pesquisadores em ação.
Interesting place to know the extraction of laminated limestone and observe the works of paleontologists. But in that case, it helps a lot to go with a guide, or be lucky enough to find teams of researchers in action.
