★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comprei uma película 3d no dia 17/04/2021 e quando cheguei em casa notei que tinha uma bolha de ar, como todo produto tem um tempo de 07 dias para troca hj dia 23/04/2021 fui ao local comunicar o ocorrido, fui destratada pela funcionaria e o responsável estava em horário de almoço no que já era 17hs, o mesmo não veio me atender e a funcionaria e um técnico que se encontrava no local disse que não podia fazer nada que a responsabilidade era minha .fica aqui registrado a minha indignação quanto a loja quanto ao mal atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venderam uma película trincada e quando fui trocar não quiseram pois disseram que eu havia quebrado.
Confiamos no vendedor quando nos vende algo e disseram que era minha obrigação conferir... a loja estava cheia e mal me deram atenção, colocaram a pelicula na sacola e pronto, quando tirei vi que estava trincada e por ser transparente é quase imperceptível.
Não resolvem problemas e ainda são arrogantes.... péssimo!
They sold a cracked film and when I went to change they didn't want to because they said I had broken it.
We trusted the seller when he sold us something and they said it was my duty to check ... the store was full and they barely paid any attention to me, they put the film in the bag and ready, when I took it off I saw that it was cracked and because it is transparent it is almost imperceptible.
They don't solve problems and they are still arrogant .... terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um fone de ouvido que durou 8 horas. Não era nem o fone que eu queria, vendedores com linguagem inapropriada, tentam a todo custo convencer o cliente a comprar itens desnecessários.
Foi a pior loja de celulares e informática que tive o desprazer de conhecer.
