★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. A empresa do meu marido (que é pequena empresa) está prestes a falir por conta da incompetência dessa corretora.
Há dois meses ocorreu um sinistro e nós já tivemos que pagar a empresa lesada e não fomos ressarcidos. O valor do sinistro corresponde a apenas 10% do nosse seguro contratado, e mesmo assim, não recebemos nada ainda. A corretora empurra para a seguradora, que por sua vez empurra de volta pra cá.
Se serve de conselho: não se deixem levar pelos ‘estamos hà vinte anos no mercado’.
São incompetentes. Não dão retornos. Não ligam, não mandam email. Se o cliente não vai rastejando atras deles fica sem informação.
Conselho de vida pra quem lê: se estiveres em dúvida: NÃO CONTRATEM ESSA CORRETORA.
Infelizmente fui obrigada a deixar uma estrela, pois não posso postar com nenhuma. ??
 Terrible experience. My husband's company (which is a small business) is about to go bankrupt due to the incompetence of this brokerage firm.
Two months ago a loss occurred and we already had to pay the injured company and we were not compensated. The amount of the claim corresponds to only 10% of our insurance contract, and even so, we have not received anything yet. The broker pushes the insurer, who in turn pushes it back.
If you use advice, do not get carried away by 'we've been in the market for twenty years'.
They are incompetent. They do not give returns. Do not call, do not send email. If the customer is not crawling behind them he will not have information.
Life advice for those who read: if you are in doubt: DO NOT CONTRACT THIS BROKER.
