Tive na loja e fui atendido pelo William!
Me explicou o correto funcionamento na qual garante o bom funcionamento do aparelho e com isso que decidir a comprar na loja pois nos demais lugares poucos sabe informar o correto sobre o equipamento!
E ganharam créditos comigo pois quando precisar de algo sera meu primeiro lugar a ir!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma estrela ainda é muito pro PÉSSIMO atendimento do local, funcionários preguiçosos e que desconhecem o que é educação. Atendem como se estivessem fazendo favor, meu marido foi pra comprar e só não comprou unicamente pelo péssimo atendimento do funcionário que parecia estar morto ao atendê-lo. Nunca vi um local com atendimento tão horrível quanto este. Se tem chefia nesse local, deveria começar a observar o atendimento que seus funcionários prestam, porque é vergonhoso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repito tudo que a Josilene Rosa falou no outro comentário, Péssimo atendimento, pior loja do centro e olha que fui lá várias vezes tentando entender se era eu ou os vendedores e vi que era a loja mesmo.
URGENTE treinem sua equipe imediatamente ou troquem todos os vendedores deste local( pensei muito antes de escrever este comentário aqui) nem quando pedimos um favor é o tipo de atendimento recebido nesta loja. não recomendo a ninguém.

Fui na loja no dia 02/11/21 para comprar broca e parafusos e achando que iria ser atendido pelo vendedor de nome Lucio que vinha em minha direção e me perguntou o que eu estava procurando e quando eu fui falar com ele o telefone tocou da loja ele foi e atendeu na minha frente e me deixou e foi fazendo orçamento pelo telefone para outra pessoa no computador.
Fiquei vários minutos esperando outro vendedor que me atendeu Sr Nilton muito bem.
Mas fica aqui minha indignação e não indico e nem compro lá não e mesmo porque eu as reclamações anteriores e parece que eles os diretores da empresa não estão nem aí.
Pois não responderam os comentário no google de reclamações de atendimento.

I went to the store on 11/02/21 to buy drills and screws and thinking I would be seen by the salesperson named Lucio who came towards me and asked me what I was looking for and when I went to talk to him the phone rang. he went to the store and answered it in front of me and left me and was making a quote over the phone to someone else on the computer.
I spent several minutes waiting for another salesperson who served me Mr Nilton very well.
But here's my indignation and I don't indicate or buy there, and even because I have the previous complaints and it seems that the company directors don't care.
As they did not respond to the comments on google of customer service complaints.
