Estive com eles por 3 anos e tive problema com boletos várias vezes. Quando fui sair do imóvel, foi uma confusão. Tive que tratar com várias pessoas que aparentemente não se comunicavam e a cereja do bolo foi receber um boleto de aluguel em meu nome depois de o contrato ter sido rescindido. Até (mais de mês), nunca me responderam quando eu perguntei se o boleto seria cancelado. Não recomendo.
They do not answer e-mail or WhatsApp. To get in touch, you have to call and be lucky that the person you need to talk to is available. I was with them for 3 years and had a problem with tickets several times. When I left the property, it was a mess. I had to deal with several people who apparently did not communicate and the icing on the cake was to receive a rent slip in my name after the contract was terminated. Until (more than a month), they never answered me when I asked if the ticket would be canceled. I do not recommend.
