Certa vez fiz uma ligação para o local perguntando sobre os "serviços" que a empresa fazia. O atendimento foi feito de maneira deslexada, ignorante e foi um total desserviço prestado para mim como cliente. O resultado foi que acabei fechando um frete de um ônibus com outra empresa aqui de Parnaiba, que ao contrário desta prestaram um otimo serviço desde o primeiro contato que foi por telefone.
Terrible service.
I once called the place asking about the "services" the company was doing. The service was done in a sloppy, ignorant manner and was a total disservice to me as a customer. The result was that I ended up closing a freight of a bus with another company here in Parnaiba, which unlike this one provided a great service since the first contact by phone.
