★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente não confiem no centro de zoonoses e nas clínicas parceiras! Levei minha cachorra para castrar na clinica mexericão, na rua Pedro Álvares Cabral, no bairro Santa Terezinha, em Santo André, e ao iniciar o procedimento não é realizado exames pre operatórios, como raio-x ou eletrocardiograma, para verificar as condições do animal! Minha princesa faleceu no dia seguinte a castração, por infarto fulminante, segundo o Dr. Ângelo Celisberto (CRMV-SP 39960). MUITA INCOMPETÊNCIA REALIZAR UM PROCEDIMENTO CIRURGICO dado pela prefeitura de santo André, sem exames antes da castração! Graças a vocês e a irresponsabilidade da zoonose, perdi minha amada cadelinha. NÃO FAÇAM A CASTRAÇÃO GRATUITA!!! Último item, após esse problema com minha cadela, todas as redes sociais da clínica MEXERICÃO foram apagadas, ou seja, indiciando algum erro, ou medo de represália.
Parabéns zoonose, pelo péssimo serviço prestado.

A LOT OF INCOMPETENCE TO PERFORM A SURGICAL PROCEDURE given by the city of santo André, without exams before castration! Thanks to you and the irresponsibility of zoonosis, I lost my beloved dog. DON'T DO THE FREE CASTRACTION !!! Last item, after this problem with my dog, all the social networks of the MEXERICÃO clinic were erased, that is, indicating an error, or fear of reprisal.

I was well attended and all the services I requested were attended to accordingly. I spayed and vaccinated my cats there and I had no problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de demorarem pra atender o telefone, pedi pra que viessem retirar um cachorro de rua que apareceu no meu estabelecimento e simplesmente falaram pra deixar a porta aberta que uma hora ele iria embora, além de ser mau educada não se preocupou com o cãozinho, sendo que é uma total responsabilidade deles pois é uma instituição onde cuida dos animais.

Não tem página no Facebook p divulgar os animais.
Não tem Feira de Adoção exclusiva com os animais do CCZ.
Desde 2017 qdo Dra Ana Veterinária foi a diretora acontece isso...inclusive ela não autorizou doação de cobertores por uma Protetora ...doações que sempre aconteceram antes de sua gestão. Ela tb nunca quis o Voluntariado.
Tem aprox 40 animais confinados há anos...entre idosos e deficientes...alguns estão lá há mais de 10 anos.
Infelizmente os animais pagam o preço.
Existem Funcionários bons mas a direção deixa a desejar e deixa de mãos atadas quem quer ajudar.
They don't let you enter the CCZ, they don't give information about the animals.
There is no Facebook page to publicize the animals.
There is no exclusive Adoption Fair with CCZ animals.
Since 2017, when Dr. Ana Veterinária was the director, this happens... even she did not authorize the donation of blankets by a Protector... donations that always happened before her management. She never wanted to volunteer either.
It has approximately 40 animals confined for years...among the elderly and the disabled...some have been there for more than 10 years.
Unfortunately animals pay the price.
There are good employees, but the management leaves something to be desired and leaves those who want to help with their hands tied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes grosseiros, acompanhei meu marido para vacinar nossos 5 animais e fui obrigada a aguardar do lado de fora e ele teve que se virar la dentro com eles, o lugar é sujo, deserto, 0 preocupação com as pessoas. Pessimo atendimento!
Rude attendants, I accompanied my husband to vaccinate our 5 animals and I was forced to wait outside and he had to turn around inside with them, the place is dirty, deserted, 0 concern for people. Terrible attendance!
