★ ★ ★ ★ ★ liguei a primeira vez no começo do mês a moça me atendeu na boa foi super educada e me pediu para ligar agora dia 26/07/2021 fiquei o dia inteiro tentando falar com eles la e hoje pela mesma forma o telefone esta dando oculpado como se tivesse fora do gancho
 I called the first time at the beginning of the month the lady answered me very well she was very polite and asked me to call now on 07/26/2021 I spent the whole day trying to talk to them there and today by the same token the phone is giving busy as if had off the hook

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de saber se tem alguem trabalhando nesse Centro de Zoonose de São Bernardo, pois, estamos em 3 pessoas desde às 7:30h tentando falar ai, ou seja, quase o dia todo, só ocupado, devem ter deixado o telefone fora do gancho, que tipo de serviço público é esse? Muita falta de consideração.
I would like to know if there is anyone working at this São Bernardo Zoonosis Center, because we have been in 3 people since 7:30 am trying to talk there, that is, almost all day, just busy, they must have left the phone off the hook, what kind of public service is this? Much lack of consideration.

Bad experience with this public service. I think it really is the face of Brazil, lack of total respect. We have a barber infestation in the neighborhood. And an absurd disregard for such a serious situation.
