★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentavelmente tive uma péssima experiencia em um evento realizado no Geribá Tenis Park, porém liguei inúmeras vezes e mandei varios e-mails e ninguém responde, comprei em outubro 2 ingressos no valor de R$ 330 na única empresa que vendia os ingressos, devido a suspeita de covid fui obrigada a cancelar os tickets e para minha surpresa a empresa contratada pelo Geribá Tenis Park a Ticket Planet é uma empresa que não honra com oscompromissos, a mesma não responde os e-mails, o telefone deles é de uma academia e passaram-se 4 meses e ainda não recebi o dinheiro de volta, já abri um processo contra a ticket planet, e este post é apenas para alertar outros usuários que irão adquirir ingressos para eventos como eu fiz e terão este mesmo problema, e o Geriba Tennis Park não fará nada para ajudar...
 Unfortunately I had a bad experience at an event held at Geribá Tenis Park, but I called numerous times and sent several emails and no one responds, I bought in October 2 tickets worth R$ 330 from the only company that sold the tickets, due to suspicion of covid I was forced to cancel the tickets and to my surprise the company hired by Geribá Tenis Park Ticket Planet is a company that does not honor commitments, it does not respond to emails, their phone is from a gym and they passed it on. if 4 months and I still haven't received the money back, I have already filed a lawsuit against ticket planet, and this post is just to alert other users who will buy tickets for events like I did and will have the same problem, and Geriba Tennis Park won't do anything to help...
