★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidou do meu carro por muitos anos. Hoje preza por quantidade e não por qualidade. O carro fica parado na oficina, encostado, quando você reclama que ele vai mexer. Entrega o serviço incompleto, não aceita ser questionado, não honra com a garantia do serviço. Na última vez meu carro foi e voltou várias vezes, em 1 mês realizou 3 serviços diferentes e não resolveu o problema. Quando fui reclamar com o Felipe (dono) disse que não iria mexer mais no carro e que não baixava cabeça para mulher, ou seja, extremamente grosseiro, sem profissionalismo, total desprezo e falta de consideração pelo cliente.
He took care of my car for many years. Today it values quantity and not quality. The car is stopped in the workshop, leaning, when you complain that it will move. Delivers the service incomplete, does not accept to be questioned, does not honor the service guarantee. Last time my car went and came back several times, in 1 month it performed 3 different services and it didn't solve the problem. When I went to complain to Felipe (owner) he said that he wouldn't touch the car anymore and that he wouldn't bow his head to women, that is, extremely rude, unprofessional, total contempt and lack of consideration for the customer.
