Fui numa quinta-feira fazer o orçamento de materiais para instalação de forro dry-wall e o atendente Gustavo, funcionário muito cordial, garantiu que no sábado seguinte, data da minha compra, o orçamento ainda estaria valendo. Fui no sábado para pagar e retirar os materiais e a atendente, extremamente mal educada e nada ética, falou que as placas de gesso sofreram alteração de preço, me recusei a pagar a atualização amparado pelo Código de Defesa do Consumidor. Ela ainda falou mal do funcionário Gustavo dizendo que "ele não sabe de nada e que não estava cuidando nem dele". Eu, como cliente consumidor, não sou obrigado a ouvir ignorâncias de um comércio desorganizado. Nunca mais compro Gesso Bastos e indico para todos que conheço na região a não comprar lá.
Terrible attendance!
I went on a Thursday to budget for materials for installing dry-wall lining and the attendant Gustavo, a very friendly employee, guaranteed that the following Saturday, the date of my purchase, the budget would still be valid. I went on Saturday to pay and pick up the materials and the attendant, extremely rude and unethical, said that the plasterboard had changed in price, I refused to pay the update supported by the Consumer Protection Code. She even spoke ill of the employee Gustavo saying that "he doesn't know anything and that he wasn't even taking care of him". I, as a consumer customer, do not have to listen to disorganized trade's ignorance. I never buy Gesso Bastos again and I advise everyone I know in the region not to buy there.
