★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível atendimento pelo WhatsApp, esperei uma hora pelo retorno e nada, ligue e mandaram eu dar um oi que iria responder na hora e nada novamente, ligue para falar como o gerente (Odair) e o rapaz que atendeu LEANDRO " disse que seria perda de tempo pois eles teriam muitos orçamentos para atender", falei que não era orçamento e sim para fechar a venda, essa loja tem o preço bom mas peca no atendimento. Obs.: tenho o áudio da conversa para comprovar.
Horrible customer service by WhatsApp, I waited an hour for the return and nothing, call and they told me to say hi, they would respond on the spot and nothing again, call to speak as the manager (Odair) and the guy who answered LEANDRO "said it would be time because they would have a lot of budgets to meet ", I said it was not a budget but to close the sale, this store has a good price but it sins in service. Note: I have the audio of the conversation to prove it.
