★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento, PÉSSIMO! todos eles te atendem como se tivesse te fazendo um favor, a atendente é muito mal educada, o dono me tratou como se eu fosse uma tapada, não gosta de responder as coisas! por telefone te atendem com raiva, pessoalmente não te dão atenção, e pelo zap, esquece... não respondem! Nenhum dos comerciantes vizinhos gostam deles, todos falam que são mal educados!
Customer service, Lousy! they all attend you as if I were doing you a favor, the attendant is very rude, the owner treated me as if I were a slap, he doesn't like to answer things! over the phone they answer you in anger, they don't pay you personally, and by the zap, forget it ... they don't answer! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer um orçamento e a experiência foi péssima,com má vontade para atender,única coisa q perguntou qntos draywall eu ia querer, era uma quantidade de 46,mais acho q achou pouco a compra, falou q ia demorar no aténdimento q estava fazendo,aí falei com toda calma q esperaria, e o mesmo já foi logo falando q ia demorar, moral da história não queria fazer atendimento nenhum, espero q tenha muito sucesso ????? pq só na Aricanduva tem 5 concorrentes... Kkkk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento , pessoas sem paciência pra te atender , me cobro o frete do lado da loja 2 ruas atrás 70 reais , a mulher que te atende dentro da loja totalmente desqualificada uma pessoa totalmente sem paciência , ignorante , uma loja que não merece o meu dinheiro , desde sexta esperando um orçamento nem uma posição pelo zap !! E ainda quando ia fechar negócio o cara disse que se fosse pra ele subir pra por o material dentro de casa que eu cancelasse a venda ,pois o máximo que ele fazia era joga na calçada , virei as costas e vim embora !!! Fui em outra loja que me deu total atenção e bem mais barata q essa !!!
Lousy service, people without patience to serve you, I charge freight from the store side 2 streets behind 70 reais, the woman who serves you inside the store totally disqualified a person totally without patience, ignorant, a store that does not deserve my money , since Friday waiting for a budget or a position for zap !! And even when I was going to close the deal, the guy said that if he were to go up and put the material inside the house, I would cancel the sale, because the most he did was play on the sidewalk, I turned my back and left !!! I went to another store that gave me full attention and much cheaper q this !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem puder correr dessa loja será o melhor a se fazer. PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO , todos são mau humorados, principalmente o "dono" não sei como isso continua aberto. Levei a metragem para calcular o quanto iria precisar de molduras, simplesmente jogo a calculadora na mesa e disse... tai ai é só somar, pois aqui eu só vendo não calculamos !!! Pra retirar então o material fiquei quase 40 minutos e olhe que só tinham apenas 3 clientes...
Sério mesmo, nem que paguem um pouco mais caro, mas vão em outro local, pois ai é só desrespeito ao cliente.

I took the footage to calculate how many frames I would need, I simply put the calculator on the table and said... there it is just add up, because here I only sell, we don't calculate !!! To remove the material, I spent almost 40 minutes and look, there were only 3 clients...
Seriously, even if they pay a little more, but go elsewhere, because then it's just disrespectful to the customer.
