★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O único ponto é que ao telefone os vendedores, já aconteceu com mais de um, passam informações de preços divergentes da loja. Quando em loja, o valor é maior, pois o produto que passaram por telefone, não é o que estava procurando. Ou seja, no telefone passam informações de peças e produtos errados! Fora que alguns vendedores não tem conhecimento de tipos de óleo e até peças, quando não ficam perguntando um livro de informações a respeito do carro.
The only point is that on the phone the sellers, it has happened with more than one, pass information on different prices from the store. When in store, the value is higher, because the product that was sent over the phone is not what I was looking for. That is, on the phone they pass information about parts and wrong products! Apart from that some sellers are not aware of types of oil and even parts, when they are not asking for an information book about the car.
