Fiz uma primeira compra de cortinas para fazer um teste e foi tudo certo, então fiz uma segunda compra do restante das cortinas que faltavam para a casa.
Pedi a mesma cor, a mesma transparência....tudo identico a primeira compra. Chegaram cortinas diferentes. Veio um outro tom de cinza e as cortinas eram beeeem mais transparentes.
Entrei em contato e mandei videos e fotos que mostravam claramente a questão. Eles disseram que têm fornecedores de materias diferentes e por isso as cortinas ficaram diferentes. Disseram também que eles não tinham como adivinhar que eu colocaria as cortinas no mesmo imóvel e simplesmente se recusaram em trocar minha compra, me culpando dessa forma pelo ocorrido. E eu? Tinha como adivinhar que a loja vende produtos diferentes como sendo iguais?
NÃO RECOMENDO!!!!

I made a first purchase of curtains to do a test and it was all right, so I made a second purchase of the rest of the curtains that were missing for the house.
I ordered the same color, the same transparency....all identical to the first purchase. Different curtains arrived. Another shade of gray came and the curtains were way more transparent.
I got in touch and sent videos and photos that clearly showed the issue. They said they have different material suppliers and that's why the curtains were different. They also said that they had no way of guessing that I would put the curtains on the same property and simply refused to exchange my purchase, blaming me for what happened. And I? Could you guess that the store sells different products as being the same?
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
