Eu já havia condenado a minha fechadura eletronica que era importada mas o Glauco deu a opçao de antes de ser feita a troca, dar uma olhadinha e ver se era possível um reparo (notem que para ele seria mais vantajoso a troca pois essa mimha fechadura foi importada da china e instalada por outro profissional). Foi acordado que caso o problema nao fosse resolvido, nem seria necessario pagar a visita de manutencao ou caso o problema voltasse a ocorrer. O problema foi resolvido e a fechadura esta funcionando!!!!!! ??
Parabens pelo profissionalismo e agilidade! Tudo isso foi resolvido em um contato de um dia para o outro.
