Anuncio mentiroso... Comprei um carro, fiz pagamento a vista, e no momento da entrega, os documentos não estavam em dia; Pneus de péssima qualidade não cumprindo o que haviamos combinado; Falta de comprometimento com o cliente, ou seja, no mesmo dia desfiz o negócio, por conta de pouco caso. Péssima loja!!! Pior do ABCD.

Loja se recusou a fazer reparos em problemas no carro, carro apresentou vazamento de óleo na polia, amortecedor trazeiro estourado, tampa de reservatório de arrefecimento quebrada, tanque de combustível vazando e sensor de combustível com problema, só fez mediante insistência e mediante reclamação ao advogado do escritório do Celso Russomano, mesmo assim relutaram para fazerem os serviços no veículo. Demorou um mês para entregar nota fiscal do veículo, nota fiscal dos serviços feitos no carro, só entregaram mediante muita discussão com o Vendedor Vinicius. O documento do carro entregou após um mês. O vendedor Vinicius é grosseiro e usa palavras de baixo calão ( palavrão), diminuindo o cliente como pessoa dando a entender que o cliente é culpado e a concessionária não tem obrigações sobre a garantia do bem que venderam.
O serviço do taque de combustível após feito a primeira vez, precisou ser refeito mais 2 vezes.
E assim segue o mal atendimento desta loja.
Após entrega do documento do carro, consta no Detran veículo com bloqueio diverso ( 31/08/21) e ainda sem solução por parte da concessionária.
Poor service after sales. Store refused to make repairs to car problems, car had oil leakage at the pulley, blown rear shock absorber, broken cooling tank cap, leaking fuel tank and faulty fuel sensor, only did it upon insistence and upon complaint to the lawyer from Celso Russomano's office, even so, they were reluctant to do the services in the vehicle. It took a month to deliver the vehicle's invoice, invoice for the services performed on the car, only delivered after a lot of discussion with the Seller Vinicius. The car document delivered after a month. The salesperson Vinicius is rude and uses bad words (expletive), reducing the customer as a person implying that the customer is guilty and the dealership has no obligations to guarantee the good they sold.
The service of the fuel tank after done the first time, needed to be redone 2 more times.
And so follows the poor service of this store.
After delivery of the car document, there is a vehicle with different blocking (08/31/21) in the Detran and still unresolved by the dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a loja a ninguém, já estávamos fechando um up tsi, ficha já estava em análise e o próprio vendedor disse que o carro estaria reservado até o final do processo, eu junto com o vendedor buscamos a melhor parcela e o dono vendeu o carro para outra pessoa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo para ninguém comprar nenhum veículo nessa loja . Até o momento da compra . Todo mundo te trata bem com todo o respeito . Depois disso se o seu carro der algum problema vc que tem que se virar e correr atrás das coisas . Tentei devolver o veiculo não aceitaram . Peguei o veículo com vários problemas a serem resolvidos e eles me enrolaram quase dois meses p poder fazer tudo e estou até agora aguardando a nota fiscal de tudo que foi feito no veiculo e muita falta de respeito e falta de caráter da parte deles . E detalhe sempre que vc precisar falar com algum dos donos esquece viu . Eles nunca tem tempo p te atender ou se quer vão estar na loja quando vc for lá .
I do not recommend anyone to buy any vehicle from this store. Until the time of purchase. Everyone treats you well with all respect. After that if your car has a problem you have to turn around and run after things. I tried to return the vehicle and they did not accept it.
