★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esculhambaram meu cartucho que mandei encher de tinta preta, entupiu não imprime mais, ai voltei lá, eu pensava que tinha ajeitado né, mais ai passou dois dias entupiu de novo, impressão saiu toda borrada, não tava prestando, então a dica vão no centro encher cartucho, na maquilar empresa de renome e qualidade. e não essas de bairros ok !
they carved my cartridge that I had filled with black ink, it clogged it doesn't print anymore, then I went back there, I thought I had it fixed right, but then it went on for two days, it clogged again, the print came out all blurry, it wasn't paying, so the tip goes in the center fill cartridge, in the make up company of renowned and quality. and not these neighborhoods ok!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa, mesmo com todos os comentários negativos, resolvi por conta ir com minha impressora lá, fui muito bem atendido, funcionário mostrou total atenção a me explicar os problemas na impressora, disse o que havia de fazer para solucionar, e se mostrou bem atencioso a tudo o que eu dizia...
Achei nota 10, bem recepcionado e bem atendido, as vezes uma crítica negativa, é só a insatisfação de alguém, e isso não será e nunca vai ser unânime e muito menos regra a se seguir a ninguém, então esqueçam qualquer tipo de crítica e verifiquem por si só se vale a pena ou não fazer tais visitas aos estabelecimentos, por mim, foi muito bom e super indico!!
