Sempre levei minhas roupas delicadas para lavagem e da última vez meu vestido foi danificado, o plissado do vestido foi desmanchado na lavagem e a empresa informou que não poderiam fazer nada quanto a isso. Não se desculparam e nem deram uma solução para o problema. Simplesmente me informaram que não poderiam fazer nada. O que mais me chateou é que eu já deixei esse mesmo vestido na empresa e da primeira vez o vestido voltou impecável. Em nenhum momento fui avisada do que poderia acontecer com o vestido, porque se tivessem me falado não teria deixado o vestido correndo o risco dele se desmanchar. ☹
I am very upset with the company. I always took my delicate clothes to wash and the last time my dress was damaged, the ruffle of the dress was dismantled in the wash and the company said they could do nothing about it. They neither apologized nor gave a solution to the problem. They simply informed me that they could do nothing. What upset me most is that I already left this same dress in the company and the first time the dress came back flawless. I was never told what might happen to the dress, because if they had told me I would not have left the dress at the risk of it falling apart. ☹

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam desta Lavanderia GG em Ribeirão Preto!! Mandei lavar um edredom e pedi para lavarem na máquina e não usarem nenhum perfume devido alergia. Funcionária disse que usaria bicarbonato de sódio. Concordei. E pedi para não passar a ferro. Então, deixei bem claro: só lavar na máquina com bicarbonato, SEM SABÃO e SEM PERFUME e NÃO PASSAR A FERRO. Como a funcionária não anotou nada , solicitei que escrevesse as recomendações no papel para que a pessoa que fosse fazer o serviço não se esquecesse.
Achei meio estranho que 3 horas depois que entreguei edredom nesta Lavanderia GG, fui avisado que já estava pronto o serviço (!!)
Resultado: Não lavaram o edredom e ao abrir o pacote o cheiro de perfume era fortíssimo!!! Liguei na lavanderia e a proprietária (que não estava na loja no momento em que lá estive) ficou argumentando em voz alta (muito mal educada) que o serviço foi feito como solicitado(!!!) Tive que pedir para abaixar tom de voz mas além de não adiantar nada, ela é pessoa do tipo que ignora por completo o você está falando e ficava repetindo sem parar que “o serviço tinha sido feito como solicitado “ (!?!?) Ou seja, pessoa intratável!!
Então, que este relato possa servir às pessoas para que não caiam nesta arapuca! São enganadores!!! Cobram por um serviço que não executam !!!Além de não fazerem o serviço ( edredom não foi lavado, mas só perfumado) ainda a proprietária é mal educada!!! Fujam desta arapuca!!!
Get away from this GG Laundry in Ribeirão Preto !! I had a duvet washed and asked to wash in the machine and not use any perfume due to allergies. Employee said she would use baking soda. I agreed. And I asked not to iron. So, I made it very clear: just wash in the machine with baking soda, WITHOUT SOAP and WITHOUT PERFUME and DO NOT IRON. As the employee did not write anything down, I asked her to write the recommendations on paper so that the person who was going to do the job would not forget.
I thought it was strange that 3 hours after I delivered a comforter to this GG Laundry, I was told that the service was ready (!!)
Result: They did not wash the comforter and when opening the package the scent of perfume was very strong !!! I called the laundry and the owner (who was not at the store at the time I was there) was arguing out loud (very rude) that the service was done as requested (!!!) I had to ask to lower my voice but in addition to not doing anything, she is the type of person who completely ignores what you are saying and kept repeating over and over that “the service had been done as requested“ (!?!?) In other words, intractable person !!
So, that this report can serve people so that they do not fall into this trap! They are misleading !!! They charge for a service they do not perform !!! In addition to not doing the service (comforter was not washed, but only perfumed) the owner is still rude !!! Run away from this trap !!!
