★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz minha inscrição no final de 2018, e desde lá a GH passava uma previsão de abrir em Novembro do mesmo ano, porém, abriram só em Abril de 2019. Ou seja, nos enrolaram por todo esse tempo. Com isso, tive que buscar outros lugares, e decidi escolher a INOVA, que bate facilmente essa academia sem compromisso. Sem contar, que no ato da inscrição, foi dito que só seria cobrado do meu cartão, a partir do momento que eu fizesse meu primeiro acesso na academia, o que nunca aconteceu, e mesmo assim, me cobraram por dois meses. Agora que estou solicitando o cancelamento, eles não me respondem, nem por e-mail e nem por Whatsapp. Não recomendo está academia, recomendam que troquem pela INOVA, que está muito a frente!!!!!

Not to mention, that at the time of registration, it was said that I would only be charged for my card, from the moment I made my first access to the gym, which never happened, and even then, I was charged for two months. Now that I am requesting cancellation, they do not respond to me, either by email or by WhatsApp. I can not recommend this facility, would recommend that you switch to INOVA, which is far ahead !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada hora um inconveniente, o sistema de cobranca é arcaico necessario informar o codigo de seguranca do cartao que é anotado em papel o que nao é recomendado pela instituicao financeira pela fragilidade de seguranca em caso estravio da ficha. O treino nunca esta pronto no sistema te fazendo perder tempo nos treinos a cada vez que ia na academia. O Diretor financeiro arrogante e mal educado me abordou na recepcao quando fui cancelar o plano sem se apresentar e sem ao menos saber do problema querendo me afrontar e ter razao, acabei me comportando a altura. A academia realmente é muito bonita, mas aparencia nao reflete em seus resultados fisicos, existem opcoes melhores na cidade. Quanto aos professores realmente sao bons, mas acho que falta mais comprometimento em relacao ao aplicativo de treinos o que é a principal proposta e diferencial da academia. Espero que com esta pessima experiencia reflitam nos processos internos e promovam uma proposta de melhoramento continuo. Afinal de contas nenhum estabelecimento vive de aparencias.

The workout is never done in the system, making you lose time in training every time you went to the gym. The arrogant and uneducated financial officer approached me at the reception when I canceled the plan without introducing myself and without even knowing the problem, wanting to confront me and to be right, I ended up behaving. The gym really is very beautiful, but appearance does not reflect on its physical results, there are better options in the city. As for the teachers really are good, but I think there is a lack of commitment regarding the training application, which is the main purpose and differential of the academy. I hope that with this last experience, they reflect on internal processes and promote a proposal for continuous improvement. After all, no establishment lives on appearances.

Great gym. New equipment, well taken care of by students and teachers. Attentive teachers, helpful receptionists, nice location and privileged view.
