★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz duas compras em dezembro na Green House, uma dia 26 e outra dia 30. As duas deram algum tipo de problema que foram resolvidos. Porém, até hoje não consegui receber as notas fiscais das compras, necessárias para acionar a garantia, por exemplo. Isso porque já falei diversas pessoas, inclusive por email com a secretária do proprietário que, sequer, foi respondido.
I made two purchases in December at Green House, one on the 26th and the other on the 30th. Both gave some sort of problem that was solved. However, until today I have not been able to receive the purchase invoices needed to trigger the guarantee, for example. This is because I have already spoken to several people, including by email with the owner's secretary who was not even answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os móveis são bonitos, mas, o atendimento deixa a desejar. Faz pensar que os vendedores são treinados para vender a qualquer custo a mercadoria.
Fui informado que se eu comprasse acima de um valor X, teria meus móveis entregues e montados. Achei interessante principalmente pela opção da montagem, pois sabemos que, como não temos prática, leva tempo.
Enfim, na entrega da mercadoria o entregador disse: "Onde posso deixar os pacotes"... daí informei que seria montado e eles me disseram que só entregavam, que não tinha tempo, etc.... quer dizer, constrangedor e revoltante. Green House, NUNCA MAIS. Empresa sem palavra.
The furniture is beautiful, but the service leaves something to be desired. It makes you think that salespeople are trained to sell the goods at any cost.
I was informed that if I bought over an X value, my furniture would be delivered and assembled. I found it interesting mainly because of the assembly option, because we know that, as we have no practice, it takes time.
Anyway, when the goods were delivered, the delivery man said: "Where can I leave the packages" ... then I informed that it would be assembled and they told me that they only delivered, that I had no time, etc. ... I mean, embarrassing and revolting. Green House, NEVER AGAIN. Company without a word.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O conjunto de servicos ainda estao em desenvolvimento. O restaurante 2028 e otimo. Muitas opções com otima qualidade e preço adequado.
A academia esta muito bem estruturada e com custo acessível avaliando o que se oferece.
A cafeteria ainda pode melhorar. As opções de doces, salgados e produtos de ponto de venda (chocos, balas, gomas, chicletes e etc) ainda e bem restrita.
The set of services is still under development. The 2028 restaurant is great. Many options with great quality and adequate price.
The academy is very well structured and affordable, evaluating what is offered.
The cafeteria could still improve. The options for sweets, snacks and point of sale products (cuttlefish, candies, gums, chewing gum, etc.) are still very limited.
