Misteriosamente depois de um tempo em contato com a fabricante, eles informam que a autorizada (Ghiraldi) havia recebido a peça que estava com defeito e iam marcar para realizar a troca.
They schedule and don't show up. When they appear, they take the equipment for assistance and then return saying that there is no defect. Mysteriously, after a while in contact with the manufacturer, they inform that the authorized company (Ghiraldi) had received the part that was defective and they were going to make an appointment to exchange it.
