★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tô dando 1 estrela pq não consigo dar menos que isso. Não existe pagar por 10Mb, receber na maioria das vezes 2Mb e ainda ter que enfrentar problemas constantes de conexão. O melhor de tudo é que se vc atrasar a fatura 1 dia sequer eles já cortam seu serviço
 I'm giving 1 star because I can't give less than that. There is no need to pay for 10Mb, receive most of the time 2Mb and still have to face constant connection problems. The best of all is that if you delay your invoice 1 day they will even cut your service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com o cliente. O sinal cai e tiram o telefone do gancho para não ter que atender o cliente. Sem falar as vezes que cai no final de semana e só volta segunda.
Lack of respect for the customer. The signal goes down and they take the phone off the hook to avoid having to answer the customer. Not to mention the times it falls on the weekend and only comes back on Monday.

Paralisando toda hora e quando vc consegue contato com a prestadora, que no final de semana esta hipótese está totalmente fora de cogitação, dizem que vão resolver. Promessa de melhora é igual campanha política que já dedesisti pq não resolvem nada. Vou cancelar e não indico nem ao meu pior inimigo.

Paralyzing all the time and when you get in touch with the provider, that on the weekend this hypothesis is totally out of the question, they say they will solve it. Promise of improvement is like a political campaign that I have already given up because they do not solve anything. I'm going to cancel and I don't even refer my worst enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria os serviços mais ñ consegui ser atendida, parece q só tem um atendente ,pq passei mais de 30 min aguardando e quando eu achei q era a minha vez desligaram?. Eu era a número três da espera.
I wanted more services ñ I was able to be attended, it seems that there is only one attendant, because I spent more than 30 min waiting and when I thought it was my turn they hung up?. I was number three on the wait.

The worst internet. It falls straight and the company does not support the customer, a real negligence. They take the phone off the hook so as not to attend.
