★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet ta horrível, e so falam que é o roteador que não presta para vc ter q comprar os deles sendo que o da casa de um familiar meu é o roteador deles e mesmo assim a NET fica muito lenta, hoje me arrependo de ter colocado essa internet, antes pagava uma internet de 20mb em outro provedor vim para essa no plano de 100mb, a do outro provedor de 20mb era anos luzes melhor que a gigabom que de bom só tem o nome, não recomendo
The internet is horrible, and they only say that it is the router that is not good for you to have to buy theirs, the one from a family member of mine is their router and even then the NET is very slow, today I regret putting it this internet, before I paid for a 20mb internet on another provider I came to this on the 100mb plan, the one on the other 20mb provider was light years better than the gigabom which good only has the name, I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet é ruim. cobram taxa de instalação quando chove não dá pra usar rede social por ser fibra óptica era pra ser maravilhosa cancelei e não me arrependo vou esperar aparecer uma melhor até pq essa é a única que tem disponibilidade aqui no sítio mais nunca mais caio nessa cilada
The internet is bad. they charge installation fee when it rains you can't use the social network because it's fiber optics it was supposed to be wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, e quando se tem algum problema para resolver vc tem que ir lá, pq não atendem o telefone ou não querem atender, enfim ao término do contrato já não renovo mais.
Terrible, and when you have a problem to solve you have to go there, because they don't answer the phone or don't want to answer, finally, at the end of the contract, I won't renew anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim, cheio de dificuldade para fazermos o contrato de instalação, imagine quando precisar de assistência técnica. A palavra preferida da atendente é “infelizmente “ não podemos, infelizmente não temos horário previsto para instalação, tem que esperar o dia todo. Muito fraco o atendimento, desisti de fazer o contrato.
Very bad service, full of difficulty to make the installation contract, imagine when you need technical assistance. The attendant's favorite word is "unfortunately" we can't, unfortunately we don't have a scheduled time for installation, you have to wait all day. Very poor service, I gave up on making the contract.
