Tentei pagar a diferença e trocar por um produto mais caro, mas me responderam com muita antipatia, como se fosse óbvio, que eles NÃO PODEM TROCAR - a não ser pelo mesmo produto e em casos de defeito de fabricação. E, pior, não avisam na hora da compra, deixando a surpresa para o momento da tentativa de troca. Muito ruim, não é?
Attention, vascaínos and vascaínas! Do not buy gifts from this store as they do not trade! I tried to pay the difference and exchange it for a more expensive product, but they answered me with great dislike, as if it were obvious, that they CANNOT EXCHANGE - except for the same product and in cases of manufacturing defect. And, worse, they do not give notice when buying, leaving the surprise for the moment of the exchange attempt. Too bad, isn't it?

Cheguei em cima do horário de fechar e elas com toda cortesia me atenderam com muito carinho sem em nenhum momento me apressarem por estar com o horário vencido. Me deixaram à vontade para olhar tudo e escolher no meu tempo. Parabéns às funcionárias da loja do Gigante da Colina de Copacabana! Voltarei sempre que eu puder! Deus abençoe vocês!
I was very well taken care of! The girls are nice, attentive, polite and beautiful! I arrived just before closing time and they courteously attended to me with great affection without at any time rushing me because I had the time expired. Recebi um presente que nao gostei e ficou pequeno, e com bastante má vontade do vendedor da loja de Copacabana não pude efetuar a troca pois fui informado que só poderia trocar pelo mesmo produto o que não faz sentido ( sendo um presente) sendo que eu teria que dar uma diferença muito maior do valor do presente, pois planejava comprar varios produtos. Enfim, agora estou com um presente inutilizavel da loja gigante da colina por conta de uma politica de troca que nao foi informada no momento da compra a qual ocasionou na perda de um cliente e do valor da diferença da troca. Nao recomendo a ninguem.
