Anos atrás já desfrutei de pizzas maravilhosas e atendimentos que seguiam o mesmo padrão, porém hoje, infelizmente não foi assim.
Estava com amigos e o pedido foi feito 20:55 com prazo de 40 min até 60 min. Passados o tempo de tolerância entramos em contato e foi informado o aguarde do motoqueiro, com a demora decidimos ir até o local para retirada isso já era mais de 22:30 . Ao chegar na loja ainda ouvimos uns comentários sobre o fato de termos ido buscar a pizza (não sabemos o teor do assunto, mais deu pra ouvir alguém
falando e logo foi interpelada pelo rapaz que pediu para que ficasse em silêncio, ou seja teceria algum comentário a mais). E assim ao receber a Pizza nem um pedido de desculpa recebemos, chegamos em casa 23:00 e infelizmente a pizza também deixou a desejar no sabor e no ponto da massa,
Esse comentário e outros comentários tem por objetivo fazer com que quem está de frente olhe para que possa haver uma melhora no atendimento, na entrega.
Vale ressaltar que há tempos atrás a opção era de ir buscar e sempre deu certo, inclusive o pagamento era somente no dinheiro.
