Dão informações erradas, falam que vão um serviço e te deixam na mão (mesmo você já tendo pago), te enrolam e são extremamente grossos. O processo de pedido de certidões por e-mail/telefone é ridiculamente burocrático, diria quase impossível. Melhorem!
I have no way of summarizing the stress that this registry has put me through. They give wrong information, say they go to a service and let you down (even if you've already paid), they roll you up and are extremely thick. The process of requesting certificates by email / phone is ridiculously bureaucratic, I would say almost impossible. Get better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha nesse momento de pandemia esta com um cartaz na entrada do estabelecimento dizendo q é OBRIGATÓRIO O USO DE MÁSCARA porém nenhum dos funcionários estavam usando máscara, quer dizer então q somente quem vai lá q pode transmitir o virus? Ou eles são tão imunes q não poderiam transmitir o vírus para as pessoas, realmente uma falta de educação deste cartório, acham q estão acima do bem e do mal. O tabelião deveria orientar seus funcionários a cerca desta situação.
