★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar RIDÍCULO, fazem juz à fama do Ifood. Pedi o lanche, disseram que demoraria 35 minutos, passadas quase 2 horas (1 hora e 50 minutos) nada do lanche chegar. Reclamei e disseram que estavam com pessoal reduzido. Ora, não sabiam disso quando informaram que demoraria 35 minutos? Pilantragem pra mim. Querem vender de qualquer jeito mas não aguentam. Contrata pessoal! Melhor que deixar pessoas esperando e com fome. Resultado, fui no Presídio Lanches, lanche pronto em 5 minutos e muito gostoso....
RIDICULOUS place, they do justice to the fame of Ifood. I asked for the snack, they said it would take 35 minutes, after almost 2 hours (1 hour and 50 minutes) no snack arrived. I complained and they said they were understaffed. Well, didn't they know that when they said it would take 35 minutes? Scam for me. They want to sell anyway but they can't stand it. Hire staff! Better than leaving people waiting and hungry. Result, I went to Presídio Lanches, snack ready in 5 minutes and very tasty....
