★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 08/09/2021 Fui muito bem atendida na loja, porém ao pagar uma conta na lotérica enfrentei uma fila enorme pra pagar uma conta de celular e chegando lá por ser a primeira vez pagando conta de celular lá, não sabia como funcionava, a atendente me pediu pra sair da fila anotar meu número num papel e voltar lá fui anotar e minha vez passou tive que novamente retornar ao fim da fila pra efetuar o pagamento... poderia ter caneta e papel em todas as cabines de pagamento para ajudar o cliente. Apenas um feedback ! Obrigada !
08/09/2021 I was very well attended at the store, but when I paid a bill at the lottery I faced a huge queue to pay a cell phone bill and arriving there because it was the first time paying cell phone bills there, I didn't know how it worked, the attendant He asked me to leave the queue and write down my number on paper and go back there I wrote it down and my turn passed I had to go back to the end of the queue again to make the payment... I could have a pen and paper in all the payment booths to help the customer . Just feedback! Thanks !
