★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não fui atendido bem, ao perguntar como dar aviso de saída, a funcionária só imprimiu uma folha e me entregou sem me explicar nada. não procurava imóveis no sistema, só me falava quais ela lembrava, além de ter atendido o celular enquanto me atendia e ter feitos comentários desagradáveis ao telefone. não recomendo a ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente alguns imóveis só estão disponíveis nessa imobiliária mas o atendimento é horrível. Não respondem os e-mails e você sempre tem que ficar em contato pedindo informações, quase que como se fosse um favor. Eles são extremamente desorganizados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Aluguei um apartamento a menos de uma semana e já me arrependi. As funcionárias são prestativas até a assinatura do contrato e o pagamento, após isso não se responsabilizam nem pelas informações prestadas, passam endereços errados, vc anda a toa de um lado a outro como bobo. Após pagar taxas, caucao e aluguel, fui questionada pela empresa que cuida da segurança do prédio, perguntaram quem era eu e como entrei no prédio, pq a imobiliária não repassou meus dados para a empresa. Hoje procurei o serviço de luz para fazer a mudança para meu nome e fui informada que havia uma conta em aberto aguardando o pgto, entrei em contato com a imobiliária e pediram para que eu pagasse a conta para agilizar a mudança de nome e depois descontariam. É um constrangimento atrás do outro.

Today I looked for the electricity service to make the change to my name and I was informed that there was an open account waiting for the payment, I contacted the real estate and they asked me to pay the bill to expedite the name change and then discount it. It is one constraint after another.
