The service via whatsapp is terrible. You send a message, view it and no one responds. They shouldn't disclose that they serve through whatsapp.

A recepção muito desorganizado, pessoal totalmente despreparado, não sabe atender ao público, não passam as informações corretamente. Trata os clientes como se tivesse fazendo um favor. Decepcionante.
The experience I had with the clinic was very bad, from the appointment scheduling they never answer the phone. The reception is very disorganized, the staff is totally unprepared, they don't know how to serve the public, they don't pass on information correctly. Treat customers like you're doing them a favor. disappointing.
