★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente ontem as 14:40 fui insultada pelo funcionário do BRT , estava tentando recarregar o RioCard pelo meu cartão de disse que eu não tinha saldo e que não iria me paparicar, de forma branda informei que faria a recarga de 8,10 no dinheiro mas só tinha 100,00 inteiro, mais uma vez de forma estúpida ele se negou me ajudar , me senti humilhada, desrespeitada , principalmente quando ele disse que não queria me ajudar ou paparicar! Até quando nós mulheres seremos tratadas dessa forma ??? Não aguento mais , no final sempre somos as loucas ! Eu quero justiça
Unfortunately yesterday at 14:40 I was insulted by the BRT employee, I was trying to top up the RioCard by my credit card and said that I had no balance and that I would not pamper myself, in a mild way I informed that I would recharge 8.10 in the money but I only had 100.00 in one piece, again stupidly he refused to help me, I felt humiliated, disrespected, especially when he said he didn't want to help or pamper me! How long will we women be treated that way ??? I can't take it anymore, in the end we are always the crazy ones! I want justice
