★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive experiência com alguns advogados, previamente, e nenhum foi tão humano e atencioso quanto na equipe "Gimenes". O que percebo é que muitas sociedades de advogados transformam em números, os casos que atendem. A pessoa quando entra por via judicial, já está vulnerável, cheia de dúvidas, vulnerável por ser alvo de injustiça, portanto, precisamos mais de atendimentos, que vejam o cliente como um ser humano por trás do processo. Em meu atendimento, percebi que a equipe teve empatia com meu caso e por isso deu o seu melhor, correu atrás, se debruçou no caso como se fosse uma defesa para si próprios. Independente do resultado, não há nada mais confortante em saber que trataram você com respeito, e que o melhor que podia ser feito assim o foi. Grata.
 I had experience with some lawyers, previously, and none was as human and considerate as in the "Gimenes" team. What I realize is that many law firms turn the cases they serve into numbers. When a person enters in court, he is already vulnerable, full of doubts, vulnerable because he is the target of injustice, therefore, we need more assistance, which sees the client as a human being behind the process. In my care, I realized that the team empathized with my case and that is why it did its best, ran after it, leaned over the case as if it were a defense for themselves. Regardless of the outcome, there is nothing more comforting in knowing that they treated you with respect, and that the best that could be done was so. Thankful.
