★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Ginásio Deromi Melo foi inaugurado em 06 de julho de 1996 e é o principal ginásio poliesportivo de Crateús. Ele fica localizado em um local bem alto da cidade, ao lado de duas quadras: Caça e Pesca e SESC. Um ponto de referência é a esquina da Rua João Soares com a rua Barão do Rio Branco. O local tem estacionamento para ônibus, além de lanchonete, vestiários e dois banheiros. A quadra tem 38 m de comprimento e 20 m de largura. O ginásio é o principal ponto de jogos estaduais de futsal, tendo já recebido grandes clubes como Ceará e Fortaleza. O maior evento ocorrido foi a Divisão Especial da Taça Brasil de Clubes, momento que o time local(Crateús Futsal) foi campeão vencendo a fortíssima Krona/SC em 12 de abril de 2014. Aécio de Borba honrava o evento assistindo a final como presidente da Confederação Brasileira de Futebol de Salão ao lado de Manoel Tobias. No ginásio, ainda são realizados campeonatos amadores como: O campeonato dos trabalhadores, a Taça Evangélica de Futsal, além de vários congressos religiosos. No complexo ainda funciona uma Junta de Serviço Militar e a Secretaria de Esportes de Crateús. Na sala da Liga de futsal existe uma amostra do livro: Futsal - Um esporte de Glórias.
The Deromi Melo Gymnasium was inaugurated on July 6, 1996 and is the main multi-sport gymnasium in Crateús. It is located in a very high place in the city, next to two blocks: Hunting and Fishing and SESC. A reference point is the corner of Rua João Soares and Rua Barão do Rio Branco. The place has parking for buses, besides snack bar, changing rooms and two bathrooms. The court is 38 m long and 20 m wide. The gymnasium is the main point of futsal state games, having already received great clubs like Ceará and Fortaleza. The biggest event was the Special Division of the Brazilian Cup of Clubs, at which time the local team (Crateús Futsal) was the champion winning the fortress Krona / SC on April 12, 2014. Aécio de Borba honored the event by attending the final as president of Brazilian Confederation of Soccer of Salon next to Manoel Tobias. In the gym, amateur championships are also held such as: The workers' championship, the Evangelical Futsal Cup, as well as several religious congresses. In the complex there is still a Military Service Board and the Sports Secretariat of Crateús. In the futsal league room there is a sample of the book: Futsal - A sport of Glories.
