★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A secretária é grosseira, quando há algum problema ela dificulta ainda mais, não ajuda a resolver. Eu fui consultar e levei uma guia que ja havia venciao, mas eu nao sabia, pois demorou pra conseguir marcar. Ela sabia que a médica não iria conseguir fazer o procedimento necessário, mas não confirmou com a médica e eu fiquei esperando durante 1 hora e 20 minutos. Ao entrar no consultório a medica disse que não poderia fazer o exame devido a guia estar vencida, como ja era esperado.
Eu demonstrei pra ela a minha chateação, afinal se eu tivesse sido avisada desde o início não teria esperado esse tempo todo.
Ela contornou o problema e disse que iria realizar o procedimento e que eu poderia levar a guia autorizada depois.
Durante o procedimento eu senti muita dor, avisei 2 ou 3 vezes que estava doendo, ela não deu atenção ao que eu disse e continuou o procedimento. No final do procedimento eu sai do consultório me sentindo muito desrespeitada, desde o atendimento da secretária até o atendimento da médica.

She knew that the doctor would not be able to do the necessary procedure, but she did not confirm with the doctor and I was waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Upon entering the office, the doctor said that she could not take the exam due to the expired guide, as expected.
I showed her my annoyance, after all, if I had been warned from the beginning I wouldn't have waited this long.
She worked around the problem and said that she would perform the procedure and that I could take the authorized guide later.
During the procedure I felt a lot of pain, I told her 2 or 3 times that it was hurting, she didn't pay attention to what I said and continued the procedure. At the end of the procedure, I left the office feeling very disrespected, from the secretary to the doctor.
