★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha, não gostei. Os pratos demoram muito para serem feitos, por volta de 1 hora. O camarão com risoto de aspargos da minha esposa estava com gosto estranho, como que estragado. Ficamos com medo, devolvemos o prato e ela comeu só o risoto (eles não cobraram o prato). O Tortelli de camarão e castanha de cajú não é nada de especial e não estava gostoso. Pedimos um macarrão na manteiga e peixe pra nossa filha e ele veio muuito oleoso e o peixe muito temperado, coberto de ervas que ela não comeu.Os funcionários naquele dia estavam com uma má vontade e pouco prestativos.
Enfim, não gostei, comida ruim e caro. Não recomendo.
Look, I didn't like it. Dishes take a long time to make, around 1 hour. My wife's shrimp with asparagus risotto tasted strange, like spoiled. We were scared, we returned the dish and she only ate the risotto (they didn't charge for the dish). The shrimp and cashew tortelli is nothing special and it wasn't tasty. We ordered pasta in butter and fish for our daughter and it came very oily and the fish was very seasoned, covered in herbs that she didn't eat. The employees that day were in a bad mood and not very helpful.
Anyway, I didn't like it, bad food and expensive. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local agradável, comida saborosa, atendimento uma graça, estava vazio tivemos sorte na hora do almoço, passeamos pelo quadro e sentamos em baixo da árvore da frente do restaurante. Tanto a carta de vinho e de bebida são de boa qualidade.
Nice place, tasty food, great service, it was empty, we were lucky at lunchtime, we walked around the table and sat under the tree in front of the restaurant. Both the wine and beverage list are of good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma ótima experiência no Gino, ambiente elegante e romântico, com serviço muito atencioso. A carta de vinhos e seus preços são interessantes e vale a pena ler com atenção. Para abrir o apetite, iniciamos com o carpaccio dentro da média, que vinha com um pesto esperto por cima. De fundo, vieram a lagosta com risoto de aspargo, ambos com ingredientes muito frescos e bem executados, e o raviolli de camarão, que talvez mereça retoques no molho. Ficamos surpresos com o tiramissu de caju ao final, que vale a aventura pela criatividade e mistura de texturas. Uma boa pedida na noite de Trancoso.
I had a great experience at Gino, elegant and romantic atmosphere, with very attentive service. The wine list and its prices are interesting and worth reading carefully. To whet your appetite, we started with the average carpaccio, which came with a smart pesto on top. In the background, came the lobster with asparagus risotto, both with very fresh and well-executed ingredients, and the shrimp raviolli, which perhaps deserves some touches to the sauce. We were surprised by the cashew tiramissu at the end, which is worth the adventure for its creativity and texture mix. A good choice for the night in Trancoso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O restaurante conta com poucas mesas, então é importante fazer reserva para garantir que poderá jantar. As mesas que ficam no Quadrado são as mais disputadas, mas o espaço interno conta com mesas próximas à janela e o espaço é bem ventilado.
Todos os funcionários usam máscara e há álcool na entrada e nas mesas.
Comida: pedimos uma massa de camarão com castanha de caju que estava MUITO boa. O outro prato era uma massa de queijo com molho de cogumelos salteados. Eu particularmente não gostei pois senti a presença de queijo de cabra (bem sútil, mas se você também odeia como eu, nao peça!). A porção é bem servida, o prato vem bem quente e eles também servem um pãozinho que é dos deuses. As massas custam algo próximo a R$ 80 - 2 massas, uma água e taxa de serviço: R$190.
O staff é muito bom! Muito atenciosos, atendimento rápido, pratos chegam rápido. Para quem não quer ficar muito tempo sem máscara no restaurante, achei ótimo!
The restaurant has few tables, so it's important to make reservations to ensure you can have dinner. The tables located at the Quadrado are the most sought after, but the internal space has tables near the window and the space is well ventilated.
All employees wear a mask and there is alcohol in the entrance and on the tables.
Food: We ordered a shrimp pasta with cashew nuts which was VERY good. The other dish was a cheese batter with a sautéed mushroom sauce. I didn't particularly like it as I felt the presence of goat cheese (very subtle, but if you hate it like me, don't ask for it!). The portion is well served, the dish is very hot and they also serve a bread that belongs to the gods. Pasta costs around R$80 - 2 pastas, one water and service charge: R$190.
The staff is very good! Very attentive, quick service, dishes arrive fast. For those who don't want to spend a long time without a mask in the restaurant, I thought it was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place looks very nice but I am afraid the food we had was terrible. We had lobster risotto. The lobster was so tough that we gave up trying to get the meat out of it. The risotto was also terrible, with lumps and a very strong taste (even the asparagus risotto has a huge amount of parmesan added). The salad my wife ordered was fine and the pasta my son had fine. Thus the second star.
