★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ter feito a instalação de 4 splits com a empresa e também a manutenção no ano passado eles não mandam o técnico para consertar um dos aparelhos. Pedi o técnico há 4 dias e nada. Notei que há falta de respeito e enrolação com vários clientes pelas avaliações que vi aqui. Desisti. Vou achar outro técnico
Despite having done the installation of 4 splits with the company and also the maintenance last year, they do not send the technician to repair one of the devices. I asked the technician 4 days ago and nothing. I've noticed that there is a lack of respect and taunting with several customers for the reviews I've seen here. I gave up I will find another technician

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa. Realizei o agendamento de uma manutenção de um ar condicionado em minha casa e simplesmente o técnico não apareceu. Liguei no dia para confirmar, liguei mais uma vez na parte da tarde, me confirmaram e no final do dia me ligam desmarcando. Não recomendo a ninguem
Bad company. I scheduled a maintenance for an air conditioner in my house and the technician simply did not show up. I called on the day to confirm, I called again in the afternoon, they confirmed me and at the end of the day they call me unmarking. I don't recommend it to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Tive um problema no ar condicionado e consegui marcar um conserto para o dia seguinte. Depois de dois dias, o ar condicionado começou a apresentar o mesmo problema novamente. Estou há 3 dias tentando um horário para que o técnico venha aqui novamente, uma vez que está na garantia, e a empresa diz q não tem horário (?!?!?!) como assim não tem horário? Não tem horário nunca? Curioso que para agendar o primeiro atendimento tinham para o dia seguinte, mas para reparar um possível erro deles a agenda é praticamente inexistente né?
Terrible service. I had a problem with the air conditioning and was able to schedule a repair for the next day. After two days, the air conditioner started having the same problem again. I've been trying for 3 days to find a time for the technician to come here again, since it's under warranty, and the company says there's no time (?!?!?!) what do you mean there's no time? Never have time? Curious that they had to schedule the first appointment for the next day, but to fix a possible mistake, the schedule is practically non-existent, right?
