Pedi a Picanha Premium fatiada que levou mais de 20 minutos para ficar pronta. Quando saiu a primeira coisa que questionei era se tinha mesmo 500g de carne fatiada no prato. Se tinha, não parecia. Quando olhei para a qualidade do assado percebi que a carne além de não condizer em nada com a imagem anunciada veio torrada, dura, ressecada e com gosto de carbonizado. Passou e muito do ponto. Não fui reclamar por causa do horário de fechamento do shopping e discutir com funcionário não resolve nada, então fica a reclamação para o franqueado e a franquia.
 The service was normal, but the time to get the dish out was excessive. When my order came out I found out why.
I ordered the sliced Premium Picanha, which took more than 20 minutes to be ready. When it came out the first thing I questioned was if there really was 500g of sliced meat on the plate. If it had, it didn't look like it. When I looked at the quality of the roast, I noticed that the meat, in addition to not matching the advertised image at all, came roasted, hard, dry and with a charred taste. Gone and far from the point. I didn't complain because of the mall's closing time and arguing with the employee doesn't solve anything, so the complaint remains for the franchisee and the franchise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os pratos não seguem um padrão. Uma hora vem com boa quantidade de frango e batata, outra hora vem com pouca quantidade. Sinceramente, eles escolhem por cara!! Não é de hoje que observo isso.
Dishes do not follow a pattern. One time it comes with a good amount of chicken and potatoes, another time it comes with a small amount. Honestly, they choose it by face!! It is not today that I observe this.

After reading several reviews I realized that I'm not the only one to complain about the poor service !!!!! The amount of meat does not correspond to the grams they report either. Terrible! I do not recommend. Better to pay a little more, but be a good experience.
