★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente do Giraffas desde sempre e essa unidade do Shopping Rio Poty sempre entrega os pedidos para viagem INCOMPLETOS! Dessa vez faltou muita coisa e o telefone disponibilizado, ninguém atende! Terrível pagar por uma coisa e ao chegar em casa ter faltado 4 itens!!!
I have always been a Giraffas customer and this unit at Shopping Rio Poty always delivers INCOMPLETE travel orders! This time a lot was missing and the phone was made available, no one answers! Terrible to pay for one thing and when you get home 4 items are missing !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A moça que me atendeu,foi extremamente mal educada,nao perguntou a mim qual o molho eu queria,qual tipo de carne,se era bem passado ou mal...e nem agradeceu,não sei como colocam alguem assim pra trabalhar com voces,parece que trabalha de ma vontade e acaba respingando em quem esta a sua volta. Isso so atrapalha o desenvolver da empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo os pratos do Giraffas principalmente os da linha brasileirinho, o que mais peço é o P7 que vem a farofa com bacon, arroz branco, molho de sua preferência (vinagrete, molho madeira) e a feijoada.
I love Giraffas dishes, especially those from the Brasileirinho line, the one I ask for most is the P7 that comes with farofa with bacon, white rice, sauce of your choice (vinaigrette, wood sauce) and feijoada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei o que aconteceu hoje, dia 11 de setembro de 2020. Fui ao girafas do shopping Rio Poty e Teresina. Pedi para meu sobrinho uma refeição com Calabresa, arroz, feijão, e uma porção de fritas. Quando eu cheguei m casa entreguei para ele. Para nossa surpresa veio hambúrguer com ovos, Farofa, arroz, feijão, e a porção de batatas fritas! Nota zero no atendimento. Está faltando fiscalização! Olha só tinha dois clientes! Eu e outra pessoa! Imagine se estivesse lotado!
I don't know what happened today, September 11, 2020. I went to the giraffes at the Rio Poty and Teresina shopping mall. I asked my nephew for a meal with pepperoni, rice, beans, and a portion of fries. When I got home I gave it to him. To our surprise came a hamburger with eggs, Farofa, rice, beans, and a portion of fries! Zero score in attendance. Inspection is missing! Look, there were only two customers! Me and someone else! Imagine if it was packed!

Gosto muito do atendimento do Giraffas Rio Poty Shopping, funcionários educados e pacientes. Dessa vez pedimos o churrasco para 2 que acompanha dois pratos de feijão com arroz e farofa, e uma tábua de churrasco com batata frita, frango, calabresa e uma carne bovina que pode ser contra filé, picanha ou bife, o preço varia a depender da escolha da carne. Prato para dois mas que pode servir até três.
