★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foiiii péssimo paguei 38 reais no prato q veio pouca comida a carne dizem q é picanha estava tão dura e com tanto nervo e o sucooo de laranja está com gosto de podre reclamei hj 16/06/2019 as 17:30 para uma funcionária q o suco estava horrível eu não indico para ninguém comer no girafas.
 It was so bad I paid 38 reais in the dish that came a little food the meat say that it is picanha was so hard and with so much nerve and the orange juice is with rotten taste I complained hj 16/06/2019 at 17:30 for an employee qo juice It was awful I did not advise anyone to eat at Giraffes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Giraffas reformulou o cardápio e agora tem até lanche de ovo para quem não come carne (o ovo substitui a carne em versão simples, dupla ou tripla). Os pratos são baratos e com muitas opções. Os lanches são mais suaves que os dois outros fast foods, acho que eles utilizam menos "tranqueiras" na preparação. A batata frita não tem gosto, mas a maionese e o frango em pedaços (muito suculento) são muito bons. Eles tb oferecem os box, com preços que valem bastante a pena
Giraffas has overhauled the menu and now even has an egg snack for non-meat eaters (egg replaces meat in single, double or triple version). The dishes are cheap and with many options. Snacks are softer than the other two fast foods, I think they use less junk in the preparation. The fries have no taste, but the mayonnaise and the chicken pieces (very juicy) are very good. They also offer the boxes, with prices that are well worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos lanches, e quando foram servidos estavam frios. Ao questionar disseram que o forno de esquentar o pão estava quebrado.
Isso deveria ser avisado antes de finalizar a compra, pois paguei lanche quente e comi lanche frio.
Se avisado antes eu poderia desisitir da compra.
We bought snacks, and when they were served they were cold. When questioned they said that the bread-heating oven was broken.
This should be advised before finalizing the purchase, as I paid hot snack and ate cold snack.
If warned before I could give up the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde meu nome é Gilmar hoje por volta das 14:30 fui na loja do ribeirão shopping em ribeirão preto comprei para viajem um de strogonoff de carne e outro prato de churrasco.
Foi uma falta de respeito comigo pq no prato de strogonoff veio 50 gramas de arroz e a batatinha frita estava queimada, Na de churrasco o ponto da carne erra de carvão muito queimado e tudo muito pouco. Não recomendo para ninguém foi a pior experiência da minha vida.
Good afternoon my name is Gilmar today around 2:30 pm I went to the ribeirão shopping in ribeirão preto and bought a beef stroganoff and another barbecue dish for the trip.
It was a lack of respect with me because on the stroganoff plate came 50 grams of rice and the fried potatoes were burnt, in the barbecue, the point of the meat misses a lot of burnt coal and everything very little. I don't recommend it to anyone it was the worst experience of my life.
